Common Questions

I don't have an exact address yet, is that fine?

The shipping company requires a temporary contact number and address in Australia when loading the container; after the goods arrive Australia, you can confirm the final delivery address before delivery.

Any special procedures？

All imported personal effects must undergo random inspections by AQIS when they arrive in at the Australia Port. If prohibited goods are discovered during the inspection, AQIS have the right to request to be destroyed on the spot. The local agent or us have no right to control the decision, and the customer is responsible for all expenses.

Are there any surcharges

I need to aware of?

Wooden crates are recommended for items that are fragile, expensive, and contain large glass surface. For example iMac, piano, glass/marble dining table, TV, etc.

What cannot be delivered?

Anything in contact with animals, plants, water, food or soil are not allowed to be imported in Australia. In addition, all items must not be stained with dirt or dust. Customers must clean them first, such as vacuum cleaners, shoes, bicycles, beach and camping items.
